To provide our customers the best products and service possible, the following purchase, shipping, and return policies are applied to all respective orders.
Returns: While all sales are final, Cultheir will take responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a product or manufacturing issue, in which case, the order will be replaced or refunded. Photo and video will be required for any reports of damage. For all returns, the item must be acceptable for pickup, in its original packing or equivalent alternative, in the event packaging is no longer suitable for use, purchaser must inform designteam@cultheir.com so alternative arrangements can be made. Purchaser will be responsible for damage that results from the return of defective products if the damage is unrelated to the original complaint.
Purchasing: All orders are final sale however if for any reason you wish to cancel, there is a 24-hour grace period by which you can send designteam@cultheir.com a cancellation request for a full refund.
Shipping: We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards prior to shipping. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery and report any damages immediately.
