Order Changes & Cancellations

You have a 24-hour grace period after placing your order to cancel or make changes. Simply email us at designteam@cultheir.com, and we will process a full refund. After this window, production begins and orders can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final once the 24-hour grace period has passed. This policy exists because many of our pieces are made specifically for you, crafted by artisans with care and precision.

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Our priority is to ensure that your investment in heirloom furniture is protected.
