Purchasing: All orders are final sale however if for any reason you wish to cancel, there is a 24-hour grace period by which you can send designteam@cultheir.com for a full refund. Once the 24-hour grace period has passed, the order is considered final sale.

Shipping: We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards prior to shipping. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items within 24 hours of delivery. Should you discover any damage, you will need to report the damages within the 24 hours window for insurance to cover said damages if related to shipping.

Returns: While all sales are final, Cultheir will take responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue and refund the order in full.
